Character Creation #

1. Pick a race and record your racial traits.
2. If you are a human or a halfling, pick an additional language, or trade it for an additional trait slot.
3. Pick a weapon proficiency, or trade it for an additional trait slot.
4. Spend your total free trait slots (three base, plus three for humans, plus any trades) 1:1 on any of the following:
   • traits
   • languages
   • weapon proficiency or mastery
   • hit points
